problems was: DID THEY LISTEN? Have you listen not only with your ears but also with your Hearts?
Activity 3
AFFIRMATION
Materials Needed: Coupon bond and ballpen
When we ask to examine or look at ourselves we always notice or see the negative qualities
that we have. So being a person, we have also good qualities in ourselves that we ignore. Other
people can easily see the good qualities in us.
This time let us ask our classmates to tell what good things that they have seen in us by writing
it in a paper.
PROCEDURES:
Processing:
(When the paper reaches the owner let them look at their own paper and ask them how they
feel about the Affirmation word that was given to them by their classmate.) Acknowledge some
of their answers.
1. Means that you are making as person "firm" by disregarding his/her weaknesses and focusing
in his/her strengths. To affirm a person means to give attention to his/her unique goodness and
worth, and show delight in this discovery .it also means to be aware of a person's weaknesses
but to purposively choose to put them aside.
2. Affirmation can benefit not only yourself but also other people that you interact with.
Affirmation is the shifting of thoughts resulting from negative, dirty, and harsh experience of
ideas to a more positive note. It relies on the principle that you can only become successful if
you tell yourself "I can do that" instead of saying "I can't do that."
3. Affirmation brings to life a person's capabilities, strengths, talents, and skill. Constantly
repeating the things that you are capable of doing and forgetting hesitant feelings that usually
hinder you from pursuing a particular goal can help a lot in achieving a positive result. A light
outlook, a smiling face, and a worry-free aura are usually the characteristic of very successful
people.
4. Affirmation is but another word for love. Behind the words we use to affirm people is the
more effective language of relationships, of affirming and loving relationships.
Activity 4
bigaTEN

3. They will write 1 specific significant or important thing or person for each piece of paper 4.
They must come up with 10 most important things or person
5. Arrange them from top to bottom according to their importance. The most important is at
the top and the less important is at the bottom.
6. Then the three papers at the bottom which is the 8th, 9th and 10th will be tear, crumple and
throw at the garbage can one by one.
7. Next is, the two papers at the bottom which is the 6th and 7th will be given to your two
classmates who need them.
8. Then, choose the three most important things or persons and the remaining papers will be
crumple one by one and will be put at the center of the circle which the picture of Jesus is
place.
9. Then one by one, each participant will get 1 crumpled paper at the center, then arrange
them again according to their importance, at the top is the most important and bottom is less
important.(Before burning the last 3 insert a fantasy prayer)
INPUT:
Many of us cannot deny that the most important persons in our life is our family. Despite the
limitations and the imperfections that our family members possess, we cannot deny the fact
that they are always important in our life.
This may also be because we know that many of them are acting too as guides that have always
tried to lead us to the right way. They, especially our parents and older relatives, aside from
providing us with material things, care and time, have given us advises and good examples the
best way that they could. That's the reason why we have reached this far in life.
What then is the most important thing in life? The most important thing in life is to seek God.
Why? Because God rewards those that seek Him. Faith is believing that God will reward you
when you seek Him.

passing each other the candles. We will be passing the candles to those classmates of ours to
whom we wish to say I'M SORRY for being bad to them, I FORGIVE YOU for being bad to me;
THANK YOU for being "one of my friends" and for bringing me to "Jesus."; I LOVE YOU for being
