    research titled, THE IMPACT OF ENERGY-COST INFLATION TO THE EXPENSES OF
    SELECTED SMALL BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE CITY OF BATAC and we
    are asking for your permission to be one of our subjects in our study. Your identity will remain
