Roles And Responsibilities:
 Project management, Site execution & coordination, commissioning, PG test and handing over of
Electro-mechanical projects (HVAC, Piping, Fire fighting and Plumbing)
 Checking and ensuring the timely submission of the shop drawings, coordination drawings, Work
method statement, Project Specification & getting it checked & certified by the consultant/
Owner. Keeping sufficient time for revision and keeping the log of the same.
 Checking the technical data sheets for both major and minor end equipment's related to the
assigned package and submitting the same to client.
 Report to the Operations Manager about the current work progress and make comparison
between planned and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
 Inspection of Raw Material and verification of Test Certificates.
 Raising IMIRs and RFICs for all received materials.
 Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
 Ensure the HVAC Ducts, Fittings, accessories, Chilled water pipes, fittings; accessories are
available and approved by Inspection department prior to installation.
 Ensure sufficient hand tools, power tools, ladders and scaffoldings are available for installation
activities.
 Coordinate with other discipline (Civil/Electrical/Instrument) and ensure site clearance is
available to start the site activities.
 Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with approved shop
drawing and Specification and get daily progress report and update it to the Operations Manager.
 As safety comes first always give first priority to safety and make sure all workers are in safe
working condition with required PPEs and other equipment's/items.
 Preparing relevant documents to conduct inspection for completed installation activities and
raise RFI to QC-Inspector to ensure that any activity offered for inspection has an attachment of
IFC drawing, method statement (if required), Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) followed by check list.
 Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant
drawing and standard.

 Preparing the relevant documents to Conduct Testing, inspection such as light testing for Ducts,
NDT and Hydro test for above ground and underground chilled water piping systems.
 Active involvement in weekly meetings with the Project management & QC Engineer and
manager to resolve the site related issue
 Ensure timely completion of works in order to give work front to civil works.
 Implementation of safety standards and procedures at site for creating safe work environment
during work.
 Assist the Commissioning Team in Pre-commissioning & Commissioning stages of all
Equipment’ s.
 Assist the Commissioning Team on Testing, Adjusting & Balancing stages of the Air.
 Assist in preparing the final Test Reports, as built drawings, Operation & Maintenance manuals
and handing over the project to client.
Technical Skills:
 Auto CAD.
 Microsoft Office tools.
