    Remember to:

    INSTRUCTIONS :Write a memo based on the following information.

    The fifth form English A class at the Mighty Magnet Secondary School is expected to
    participate in a national debate competition. The coach of the class is ill and would not be able
    to accompany the students. The Coach, Mrs. Matilda Lucy has posted a memo on the school’s
    bulletin board for the students to be instructed on the proceeding of the event.

    LADIES, ONE MUST NOT UTILIZE AT ANYTIME THROUGHOUT THIS PROCESS


    THE FORBIDDEN WORDS. UTILIZE BLOCK STYLE!!!!! REMEMBER, THE MEMO
    IS WORTH 30 MARKS.

    Greetings students,

    I am unwell and unable to attend today’s Debate Competition.


    Please be guided accordingly:

    The Ministry of Education has organized a school bus to collect all students attending the
    competition at 2:30 pm. Please wait at the school’s gate for 2: 15pm. Telephone ,1(268)
    562-9191, the National School bus office in case any complications or mishaps occur. Upon
    arrival at the Multipurpose Center, sit in the assigned section alloted to the Mighty Magnet
    Secondary School Debaters. Utilize this time to quietly review all speeches. Ensure each student
    receives a program so that one may follow the evening's proceedings. Before proceeding
    backstage ensure that one is adequately attired. Always enter the stage from the back and exit at
    the side returning to one’s assigned seat. Never walk with the script on stage. All students must
    know the information in each individual script. After the competition, please stand in a line at the
    foyer of the building to receive a complimentary dinner. After eating, return to the bus which will
    take all students to their respective homes.

    I expect great things from this class. Each student has grown tremendously academically and I
    expect all students to shine at the Debate Competition. For further inquiries, please contact 1
