Singapore Noodles

Ingredients
SAUCE
● 2 tbsp soy sauce
● 2 1/2 tsp curry powder
● 1/2 tsp sugar
● 1/2 tsp white pepper
STIR FRY
● 100g / 3 oz dried rice vermicelli noodles
● 2 tbsp peanut oil, separated
● 8-10 medium raw shrimp / prawns, shelled and deveined
● 2 eggs beaten
● 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced (yellow, brown or white)
● 4 garlic cloves, minced
● 1 tsp ginger, freshly grated
● 1/2 lb / 250g beef, thinly sliced
● 1 cup red capsicum / bell pepper
● 2 tsp thinly sliced hot green pepper (adjust to taste, optional)
Instructions:
1) Combine the Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix.
2) Place rice vermicelli noodles in a large bowl filled with boiled water and soak as per
packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
3) Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok or heavy based fry pan over medium heat. Add the
shrimp/prawns, cook until just cooked - about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Remove and set
aside.

 4) Add the egg and spread it out to make a thin omelet. Once set, use a spatula to roll
it up, remove from the wok and slice (while still rolled up).

ginger and onion, cook for 2 minutes until onion is slightly softened.
6) Add capsicum and cook for 1 minute.
7) Add noodles and Sauce, give it a few tosses. Then add the egg, beef, shrimp/prawns,
chilies (if using). Toss until the sauce coats all the noodles and everything is heated
through about 1 to 2 minutes.
8) Serve immediately.

duty, but was told he was not needed. That made no sense to him. He had not yet returned
home. He did not know that Mulan was missing.

Mulan was very careful over the years. No one ever suspected that she was a girl. When the
war was over, Mulan received a special award from the emperor himself for her outstanding
courage. The emperor gave her a horse and a bagful of wealth, and wished her a safe trip
home.

Her family greeted her with joy. Her brother was delighted with gift of her military clothes.
He dressed in them immediately. Mulan dressed once again in the clothes of a woman. That
evening, Mulan and her family gathered together to watch the sunset.

A few days later, two of the men who had served with Mulan stopped by her home, on their

My Motorcycle

I have a favorite motorcycle. My father bought it for me when I was in Senior High School. This is the
only motorcycle that I have right now, but even if one day I buy another one, this one will always be

middle part of the seat up to the back part. It makes the back part of the seat to be higher than the front

the king. You are invited to the party. The king ordered me to count all crocodiles in this river
