TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 Payment cheque will be in favour of "Studio Sanjay Sarvaiya". If GST is applicable then it will be charged as extra, GST is not included.
2 Client has to assure the timely payemet as per the contractual document.
3 Any additional work except agreed (Mentioned in BOQ)work will be counted as extra and same bill will be cleared by client within week.

4 Note: Incase if the payment is not received 6 days after the invoice generation then work will be hold at site.
5 All Designs with sizes will be as per agreement document, any addition will be consider as extra item and will be charged extra. Also note that the 3D Design is for
"Visualisation" purpose only.
6 Architect will have rights to change or alter the design/finishes/sizes/Make/Product as per mutual agreement with consent from client.
7 On site service without material will be provided for three month after completion of the work, after that any kind of services/Site visit will be charged.
8 Any kind of bathroom,kitchen, wardrobe,cabinet accessories, Artifacts, Paintings are not included in BOQ and scope of work.
9 Any kind of "Designer light fixture" is not included in the BOQ/Scope of work otherwise mentioned/specified.
10 The Paint work is considered as "Acrylic" paint. If client wants to do "Texture/Decorative" paint then it will be counted as extra.
11 Client need to check all plumbing work before handling site to consultant. Architect wil not be responsible for any kind of leakage of water of existing premise.
12 The client has to provide "watersupply", "Toilet Facility" and NOC from the society to carry on the work at site.
13 If client changes anything ie. Furniture finish/size on site after the work is done then the additional cost should be bear by client.

14 The duration of execution of the site is stipulated and desired time only, if the work at site gets delay for uncontrollable reasons then the client and consultant
should have a mutual agreement.
15 All the products whichever has warranty, client has to consult the main company for service and maintenance. We " Studio Sanjay Sarvaiya" will not be responsible
for any kind of fault in the product.
16 Periodic site supervision will be done by superviser and project architect. Principle Architect will provide all material selection in office or virtually only.
17 Any kind of approval from builder or concern autority will be obtained by client and conveyed to Architect.
18 For any kind of Covid 19 releated matter necessary actions and precutions has to be taken care by cilent and,prescribe by GOI.
19 Healthy and productive working enviornment is expected from client and appointed agencies at site.
20 Kidly note that this document is confidential between client and " Architects", kindly don’t share it with other party.
