Valtex Insurance Brokers Limited is a corporate insurance brokerage firm

which was incorporated as a Company Limited by Shares on 12 August,
2020 with Company Registration Number 120200006373 and a share
Capital of K780,000.00 divided in K1 each.

The Company was registered on the 22 of

December, 2020 with the Pensions and Insurance
Authority PIA) In accordance with the insurance
Act 1997 (Section 13) with Insurance Broker
Number 2021/1B/43.

Our wide range of services includes providing

Professional insurance advice and assistance lo
Clients, to protect their property, assets, employees,
earnings and liabilities on a cost-effective basis.

The Company intends to develop into one of the
