Sustainable Development
Situated next to the UNESCO Natural Reserve, the project aims to achieve a sustainable development that is built and operated with minimal impact to the environment. Tropical
architecture strategies are adopted in the design to respond to the local climate and culture. Natural ventilation and light are the most basic yet crucial elements in the design process,
minimizing the energy consumption and carbon dioxide emission. The hybrid between the modern design and vernacular approach provides a progressive platform for the local
development yet preserving its unique culture and identity.
