    Has been subjected to a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) audit for the manufacture of
    traditional medicines by officer from the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency.

    From the knowledge gained during inspection of this manufacturer, the latest of which was
    conducted on 25 October 2018, it is certified that the manufacturing plant conforms to the
    requirement of GMP in accordance with the Guidelines on Good Manufacturing Practice for
    Traditional Medicines and Health Supplements, lst Edition, 2008.

    The manufacturer is authorised to manufacture the following registered traditional


    medicines:

    1. Powders

    This ceftificate reflects the status of the manufacturing site at the time of the inspection
    noted above and should not be relied upon to reflect the compliance status if more than
    three years have elapsed since the date of that inspection, after which time the issuing
    authority should be consulted.
