GUIDELINES

1. RUNNING BIB All runners are assigned a unique bib number. Without the running bib, par cipants
won't be allowed to enter the circuit. The bib is non-transferable, and in case we find someone running
on someone else's bib he/she shall be escorted out of the track.

Please note – If anyone loses/misplaces/forgets to get the bib to the venue, he/she won't be allowed
to go inside the track. There is no provision of ge ng a duplicate bib or a new bib number

2. DC WRISTBAND A Red wristband will be included in the goodie bag for every runner. It must be
worn by par cipants in order to enter the venue. Without the band, entry to the venue will not be allowed.

3. APPAREL We suggest par cipants wear the t-shirt that we provide, considering they will be
required to jump, crawl, climb and do a lot more.
l We recommend track pants, shorts & ghts. We strongly discourage par cipants wearing
loosely-fi ed clothes, jewellery, jeans, non-sports shoes.
l All par cipants would be mandatorily required to wear running shoes while running the track.
Par cipants are not allowed to run/walk bare feet at any point in me inside the circuit. In
situa ons where a par cipant loses his / her shoes while doing an obstacle, he/she won't be
allowed to run further and must discon nue the run.
Please note – If a par cipant's shoe gets torn or the sole of the shoe comes off during the run,
the organizers hold the right to escort the par cipant off the circuit.

l The par cipants can wear added addi onal apparel (gloves, knee caps, ankle support, etc.)
as per their own preference, to suit running or sports ac vi es.

l All par cipants must wear only sports apparel.

4. SPECTATOR Each participant can bring along 1 friend / family member as a spectator. The
accompanying spectator must complete the registration process at the spectator registration counter on
the event day and collect the entry band. The participant should be present at the counter during his/her
registration. The spectator won’t be allowed on the running track. They shall be restricted to the Devils
Circuit Village area and enjoy entertainment there. There will be a demarcated spectator zone from
where they can cheer for the participants.

5. BAGGAGE COUNTER There will be a baggage counter at the venue.


l All the bags deposited at the counters will be at owner’s risk.
l Only bags with zips or clasps will be accepted, we will not accept any car keys, wallets, mobile,
cash, eye gears which are not inside a bag.
l Each bib number will be entitled to submitting one bag at the counter
l We strongly discourage you from carrying valuables or money. Anything you place in the bag
shall be at your own risk. Management takes no responsibility for any loss or theft.

6. REPORTING TIME Every runner must report 90 mins prior to their allotted run time. There will
be a small briefing along with a fun warm up session, 15 minutes before the flag o . If you don’t know your
wave time, please check your running bib, your wave time will be printed at the bottom.

7. THE CIRCUIT
l The Devils Circuit will be a 5km track with 15 obstacles. Only registered participants who are
wearing the running bib will be allowed inside the track. No kids will be allowed in the track,
anyone trying to get their kids inside the track will be disqualified right then and shall be escorted
out of the track.
l Participants won’t be allowed to carry eatables, bags, keys, etc. inside the track.
l There will be multiple hydration points inside the circuit. We expect the tribe of swiftdevilslayers
to be responsible and refrain from littering the area with bottles. They can drink up the water
provided, but not use it for washing their faces, arms, and legs of dust/dirt.

8. FINISH LINE Post completing the run, all runners will receive the prestigious Maruti Suzuki
Arena Devils Circuit Medal and a complimentary energy drink.

9. LEGENDS CUP & COMPETITIVE CATEGORY


l Every Competitive Bib will have a timing chip.
l Please do not tamper with it.
l Please ensure that the bib doesn’t fall o during the run. In such a case, we will not be able to
provide you with your timing certificate. There will be a team of o cials manning the entire
running track including all the obstacles. This team of o cials will adjudicate the identification
of winners as well as be the sole authority in computing the performance scores of all the
participants.
l The participant who clears the greatest number of obstacles while taking the least amount of
time, will be the winner. The top 10 male and female participants will make it to the city leader
board.

A. FOR MALE RUNNERS: The participant who completes the maximum number of obstacles
and finishes the race in the least amount of time will be Ranked 1 and so on. To be in one of the top
10 positions, you must complete the race in under 50 minutes .

10. PHOTOGRAPHS To make sure your moments are captured, we have our photographers
placed across the circuit. Please make sure you wear the bib in the front, so that we can
identify you and your pictures can be tagged on our website. Photographs will be available on
www.devilscircuit.com/photos.

11. PARKING There will be limited parking available near the venue; we appreciate participants to use
public transport and car pool. Parking will be at owner’s risk and management will take no responsibility for
any damage, loss or theft of the vehicle.

Please Note – The circuit is designed for people above 16 years. Anyone trying to forge the
DOB while registering will be disqualified and there will be no refund for that registration.
