    11. Logo/Image Explanation: Explain in 2- 3 lines the


    image or style or figure or design of logo (Required if
    the brand name consists a logo)

    (Please write exact goods or services sold / promoted

    (Not applicable to Individual Applicants)

    Large Enterprise means


    For MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY: If the investment in
    Plant & Machinery is more than Rs. 10 crore
    For SERVICE INDUSTRY: If investment in office equipment
    is more than Rs. 5 crore
    14. Write whether the applicant is Selling/Trading
    products on any online portal
    (like Amazon / Flipkart / Snapdeal, etc.)

    Government Fee for Trademark Application:-

    1. For Individual/ Proprietorship Firm- Rs. 4500 per Class and per Mark

    2. For others- Rs. 4500 per Class and per Mark (if you have MSME Certificate)

    3.For others- Rs. 9000 per Class and per Mark (without MSME Certificate)
    Important Note:

    A) In case if the brand name is already in use, it is mandatory to give a notarized “User Affidavit” on
    stamp paper of Rs.100 by the applicant (format for the same shall be provided by Online Legal
    India).

    B) If you are selling products on Amazon, they only accept “Wordmark”. If your brand name contains
    logo, you may need to apply two trademark applications one with the logo (Device mark) and
    another application without logo (Wordmark).
