14. PRECISION TEST PROCEDURE

Objective: Testing the pressure measured by PNEUTRONIC against a master on

different temperatures and pressures.

Procedure:

• Go through calibration procedure.

• Close the equipment to its normal use (with the cover in the back).

• Turn on the equipment and wait for 10 minutes for temperature stabilization.

• Turn it off and turn it on again, and enter in the test mode.

• Test different pressures

• The temperature can be changed to another value. Wait for thermal

stabilization before further tests.

• Test different pressures.

15. ERROR MESSAGE TABLE

Err3 – Verify if the incoming pressure (compressor) isn’t below the level necessary
to obtain the desired calibration pressure. It is also necessary to make sure the air tap isn’t
closed.

Err4 – The tire gauge needs to be calibrated and configured.

Err5 – The power supplied is below the equipment specification. Check if the correct
voltage is being used.

Err7/Chuck - Verify if the hose’s nozzle is not clogged or if a “close-end” is being

used. In the last case change it for an “open-end” one. This error message also appears if the
nozzle is kept connected to the tire more than 15 seconds;

Err8 – Problem with pressure sensor.

Err9 – When the tire gauge is configured to work with compressor (compressor
control mode), it can indicate problems with the compressor or valves.

Er10 – Block the tire gauge after a number of calibrations without receiving a
confirmation from the server.

Er13 – Check for stuck coin in the coin acceptor.

Er14 – The coin box is open, check the switch.

Er15 – The front panel is open, check the switch.

Er16 – No response from printer device, check printer’s power supply and
communication cable.
