    1. Why it is important to understand communication in multicultural setting?

    It is important to understand communication in a multicultural setting because it's the key to effective
    communication. Despite of different cultures, languages, signs and symbols, we can communicate smoothly
    and easier if we know and understand the cultures of the person that we are talking to. Different cultures have
    different meanings of words, behavior and gestures but if you understand them, you will be at ease
    communicating with them.

    2. Choose a video/clip showing multi-cultural people conversing/communicating.


    Check the language varieties and registers; the expression and images and the cultural appropriateness
