    I. CALL TO ORDER
    Hon. Regine Mae C. Vasquez called to order the fifth regular session of
    the Sangguaniang Kabataan at 10:00 in the morning at the Barangay Sinayawan Session Hall.

    II. OPENING PRAYER


    The opening prayer was led by SK Treasurer Angilene Baruado.

    III. ROLL CALL OF ATTENDEES


    SK Secretary Joshua C. Fabrigar conducted the roll call. The above-
    stated persons were present.

    IV. READING AND APPROVAL OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES


    Discussion on the different activities for the Barangay Sinayawan
    Fiesta, and plans for the Miss Sinayawan 2024.

    V. CALENDAR OF BUSINESS
    a. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None
    b. BUSINESS OF THE DAY
    b.1. Updates regarding on the different on-going sports activities.
    b.2. Further discussion for the upcoming Miss Sinayawan 2024.
    b.3. Discussion on the upcoming seminar/workshop related to planning and
    budgeting at El Salvador, Misamis Oriental.

    VI. REPORTS OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE HEADS:


    1. Committee on Sports Development – Hans Uriel Naldo
    2. SK Secretary Report for the upcoming Seminar/Workshop –
    Joshua C. Fabrigar

    One (1) committee report has been reported and one (1) officer report from the SK
    Secretary in their field since it has more concerning issues.

    VII. MATTERS ARISING


    The presiding officer discussed the latest updates regarding the on-
    going sports activities and further discussion on the upcoming Miss Sinayawan 2024.
    SK Kagawad Hans Uriel Naldo, the Committee Head on Sports Development,
    discussed the concerns and issues regarding the different sports activities and the
    needs for equipment on different sports activities. Also, SK Secretary Joshua C.
    Fabrigar, discussed the upcoming seminar/works related to planning and budgeting
    at El Salvador, Misamis Oriental on March 18-20, 2024, on who to assign to
    participate on the said event.

    VIII. OTHER MATTERS: NONE

    IX. ADJOURNMENT
    SK Kagawad Melche Mae Demapiles moved to adjourn the meeting and
    duly seconded by SK Kagawad Joshua Balangiao.

    X. CLOSING PRAYER
    The closing prayer was led by SK Kagawad Hans Uriel Naldo.

    THE MEETING WAS ADJOURNED AT EXACTLY 12:00 NN.
