What would be the mode of learning?


There would be 3-hr weekly live-online lectures on Saturday conducted by IIMC faculty. The programme is spread across 06 modules for a
duration of around 12 Months. The learning experience would include rich discussions with eminent faculty and seasoned peers, case-
based learning, assignments and quizzes, guided capstone project work for which the learners have to put in additional efforts beyond
office hours.
Who evaluates the assignments, projects and simulations for this programme?
The examination and evaluation of graded submissions, project work, and simulations, if any, is at the discretion of the IIMC's faculty.
Is there a qualifying mark/ grade to get the final certification in this course?
Yes.
Do I get Alumni status of the Institute on completion of this course?
On successful completion of the programme, participants will be eligible for the prestigious IIM Calcutta Executive Education Alumni
Status. The Executive Alumni benefits are subject to the discretion of IIM Calcutta.
Is there a campus immersion included in the programme?
For an immersive and experiential learning journey, the programme offers a campus chapter at IIM Calcutta campus of 4 days as a

you still feel the need to stop your learning journey, a refund request can be initiated before the programme commencement. However,
after the programme commences, fee becomes non refundable.
What type of certificate will I receive?
Upon successful completion of the programme, with a minimum 75% attendance and satisfactory academic performance, participants will

Prof. Amit Dhiman has a PhD in Management from IIM Ahmedabad


and has been associated with IIM Calcutta since 2008. He has worked
for more than seven years in industry in the private sector, mainly in
Human Resource Management and Organisational Development
functions. His research interests include performance appraisals,
strategic HRM, HRM in services, and accountability in decision-making.
His work has been published in leading peer-reviewed national and
international journals and conference proceedings. He has
spearheaded consulting projects for LIC Housing Finance Ltd., Tata
Group, and OIL India Ltd., amongst other organisations.

Prof. Nimruji Prasad Jammulamadaka

Prof. Nimruji Prasad Jammulamadaka has a PhD in Industrial and


Management Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Her research focuses on
alternate forms of organising, CSR in India, networks in NGOs, and

research work has been published in several peer-reviewed national
and international journals. She has taught in several executive training
programmes, including post graduate and doctoral programmes.
