    RESOLUTION NO. 002 SERIES 2023

    A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF ALGIN BUMA-AT ORCULLO AS


    A BARANGAY HEALTH WORKER OF BARANGAY EMBARGO.

    WHEREAS, Article II Section 15 of the 1987 Philippine Constitution provide that the state shall protect
    and promote the right to health of the people and instill health consciousness among them;

    WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 7305 or the Magna Carta of Public Health Workers provides that the state
    shall instill consciousness among our people to effectively carry out the health programs and projects to
    the government essential for growth and health of the nation;

    WHEREAS, RA 7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991 devolves to Local Government Units the
    delivery of basic services including health and nutrition;

    Now therefore, the Sangguniang Barangay of Embargo hereby occurs to the appointment of ALGIN
    BUMA-AT ORCULLO as Barangay Health Worker.

    Approved this 3rd day of January, 2023 at the Office of the Punong Barangay, Barangay Embargo,
    Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental, Philippines.
