    Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the
    circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased
    to issue an order, direction or Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of
    Certioraris or any other appropriate writ after calling for the records, quash the Order
    dated 171712023 in LA. No. 2 of 2023 in EPF Appeal No. 23 of 2023 on the file of the
    Central Government lndustrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, Hyderabad in so far as
    prescribing the Petitioner to remit 40% of the determined amount within the six
    weeks.

    Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in
    the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay
    the Order dated 171712023 in LA. No. 2 o't2023 in EPF Appeal No.23 of 2023 on the
    file of the Central Government lndustrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, Hyderabad in
    so far as directing the Petitioner to deposit an amount equivalent to 40% of the
    determined amount within the six weeks, pending disposal of WP.No.23812 of 2023,
    on the file of the High Court.
    The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the
    affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated: 28.08.2023
    made herein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. S. LAKSHIUIKANTH Advocate
    for the Petitioner and Ms. ANDE VISHALA Advocate for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3,
    the Court made the following.
