HYDRAULICS TRAINING SYSTEM

SERIES 6080

A Modular, Versatile
Training Program in
Hydraulics

Foster strong skills in control,

troubleshooting, and testing
of hydraulics systems,
components, circuits, and
applications

Shown with optional equipment

COMPREHENSIVE HYDRAULICS TRAINING FOR DEVELOPING SKILLS AND GAINING KNOWLEDGE
The Hydraulics Training System allows trainees to gain a solid foundation in, and hands-on experience with, hydraulic
components and circuits, principles and concepts underlying hydraulic systems and applications, as well as methods of
troubleshooting and testing hydraulic systems.
Each lesson builds upon previous lessons, making this an ideal job-training program. The system, by its flexibility, fits
the hydraulics learning needs of beginners or more advanced students. It is divided into the following subsystems:
– Hydraulics Fundamentals introduces students to the basic principles and components of hydraulics.
– Electrical Control of Hydraulic Systems covers electrical control of hydraulic systems with ladder diagrams.
– Hydraulics Applications: PLC expands upon previous topics with hydraulics applications controlled by PLCs.
– Servo Control of Hydraulic Systems teaches servo-controlled hydraulic systems and their associated circuitry.
– Sensors addresses the operating characteristics of six types of photoelectric and proximity sensors.
– Troubleshooting Hydraulic Circuits develops students’ troubleshooting skills.
All components are industrial-grade and have schematics on them to speed up the learning process. Components are
also easily repositioned to teach circuit assembly. Teachers will appreciate the richness of the pedagogical material
as well as the flexibility and sturdiness of the equipment. Students will highly benefit from hands-on training, enabling
them to be efficient in today’s workplace.
