1. Familiarize the different ingredients in mixing Caribbean
coffee, long island iced tea, and mojito.
2. Understand the step-by-step procedure in mixing

3. Use proper tools and equipment in mixing cocktail and mock tail
4. Do not play with sharp objects while performing the task.

Caribbean Coffee – Since I didn’t put too much dark rum, the taste of this was just like a normal iced coffee.
Long Island Iced Tea- The tasted was zesty and bitter taste and it has a after taste which is the coke.
Mojito – It is delicious, it tastes like lemonade.
