    The deliverable are:

    1. User panel- Web based


    2. Admin Panel- Web based
    3. Website- Web panel
    4. Source code of final software ( software is going to deploy on Production server ).

    Client responsibility:
    1. Client has to provide hosting server & domain as per system requirement or place an order
    topurchase hosting / trail hosting from Maxtra.

    2. Paid all dues( If any ) on project before final deliverable


    3. Maxtra will be provide 6 months bug fixing support from the date of deployment ( If code is not manipulated by
    any third party or person). Bugs or issues specific to hardware or devices or operating systems not to be
    considered as a part of warranty. The warranty / Support shall be valid from ( Whichever is early)

    4. Receipt of 100% of payment


    5. Deployment of the deliverables on client’s server or live environment

    Refund & Escalation:

    There will be no refund or any kind of escalation will be acceptable after delivering the source code. Client

    is agreeing and accepting the source code of the complete app on their requested hosting account.

    Acceptance

    By signing below, you are accepting the software / source code as per my requirement and
    allow us to deliver on my given hosting .

    There will be no dispute acceptable after delivering the source code on client server in any case.
