    Flow of Activities

    1. CONFERENCE

    💡 Please dumating po bukas ng 3:30PM and/or 3:45PM for CONFERENCE


    and PREPARATION

    2. GETTING TO KNOW

    💡 Bibigyan po tayo ng mga patients. Prepare the bond paper, crayons and
    yarn. IIRC gagawan natin din ang mga patients natin ng nametag(?).
    During this time we’ll also get to know our patients briefly!

    3. MAGPAPAKILALA sa mga Patients (Doc Espinosa)

    💡 Unang magpapakilala si Doc Espinosa sa mga patient. Siya ang mag-


    iintro para sa atin.

    4. MAGPAPAKILALA sa mga Patients (Our Group)

    💡 Matapos mag-intro ni Sir, pangungunahan ni leader ang pag-iintroduce.


    Don’t forget to state that you are from Our Lady of Fatima University-
    Valenzuela, 3rd Year Nursing Student. ISA-ISA po ito.

    5. VITAL SIGNS

    💡 After magpakilala, mag-Vital Signs po tayo. Isusulat ang VS ng pasyente


    sa VS Sheet na gagawin ni leader.

    6. EXERCISE & ZUMBA

    💡 EXERCISE will be facilitated by Cayabyab & Cabico. ZUMBA will be


    facilitated by Castrence & Delos Reyes. EXERCISE will be in a form of 1-
    3 min. warm-up exercises (1 set). ZUMBA will be decided based sa
    mapag-uusapan ng mga facilitator, but it is suggested na not more than
    3 min. ang Zumba. Youtube for reference, SEND LINK A.S.A.P. para
    madownload ang video/song!

    7. GAMES

    💡 GAME FACILITATORS: Leader, Exconde & Dela Rosa. The rest of the
    group members na hindi naging facilitator shall become the GAME
    DEMONSTRATORS. THE GAME IS: Pass The Ball. Please see the
    youtube video reference na isesend ko. More information will be
    discussed tomorrow! Thank you!

    8. NURSE-PATIENT INTERACTION

    💡 Wala pong nag-cecellphone!!! Remember SOLER. Sit up straight, Open


    posture, Lean forward, Eye-to-eye contact, and Relax.

    9. SNACKS

    💡 Snack Time! Papakainin po natin si patient ng soft foods and ofc ung
    drinks.

    10. DRUG ADMINISTRATION

    💡 Punta po isa-isa sa nurse-in-charge para makuha ang gamot ng patient
    na naka-assign sa inyo.

    11. KAMUSTAHAN

    💡 THERAPEUTIC COMMUNICATION!!!! NO CELLPHONE!!!
