Used to

Used to refers exclusively to things that happened in the past with a certain
frequency but don't happen anymore -or at least not as often as before-. It is
followed by a verb in its base form.
I used to play soccer every day after school.
I didn't use to have a job when I was a teenager.
I used to hang out with my friends on weekends.
I used to play video games when I was a teenager.
I didn't use to swim on Fridays before (but I do now).
When I was a child, I didn't use to watch a lot of television.
I used to go to the gym in the mornings but now I go in the evenings.
I didn't use to go to the gym in the evenings but now I do.
I used to do exercise in the afternoons.
I didn't use to have lunch at 2:00 PM in my last job.

Be used to
Be used to means be accustomed to something or doing something.
It requires the verb “be” in the sentence and is followed by a gerund or a
noun.

I am used to teaching classes in the mornings and in the evenings.
Leslie is used to cleaning her house every morning.
