METROTRAK
The Powerscreen® Metrotrak is a compact, high performing mobile jaw Product Conveyor
crushing plant featuring an impressive 900mm x 600mm (35” x 23”) single Width: 800mm (32”)
Discharge height: 2.9m (9’6”)
toggle jaw crusher. With an aggressive crushing action and a high output
even at tight settings, the Metrotrak is ideally suited for operators on the
mining, quarrying and recycling industries, especially those working in
urban locations or where space is restricted.
The new Metrotrak builds on the legacy of the Powerscreen Metrotrak HA
by improving access for chamber wedge removal, fully tunnelled product
conveyor, new design bypass chute with improved internal clearances
and access. Customer favourite options include a fully lowering product
conveyor to aid maintenance and a hydraulically adjusted deflector plate
minimising possible belt damage caused by rebar.

The Powerscreen® Premiertrak 400X range of high performance primary jaw Product Conveyor

1010E MAXTRAK
The high performance Powerscreen® 1010E Maxtrak cone crusher offers operators
the flexibility to power the plant either by mains electricity or on-board genset power- Product Conveyor
pack. Either power option presents the operator with significant power saving along Width: 900 mm (36’’)

with service and maintenance cost savings. This energy efficient and productive Electric Drive
machine incorporates the proven 1000 Automax Cone Crusher with direct electric
drive, automatic tramp relief and hydraulic closed side setting (CSS) adjustment.
The Powerscreen® 1010E Maxtrak cone crusher can be fitted with an optional
patented pre-screen module which allows fines material to bypass prior to being fed
into the cone, ensuring reduced wear on the liners. The large feeder has an automated
metal detection and purge system to protect the cone against uncrushable material,
preventing downtime by removing metal contaminants via the purge system.

1000SR
The Powerscreen® 1000SR is built around the successful 1000 Maxtrak model Fines Conveyor
and features a re-circulating conveyor and a double-deck post-screen to provide Width: 1400mm (4’5”)

a complete crushing and screening process on a single chassis. The machine Dust suppression
is designed for direct feed applications without pre-screening on clean rock.
At its heart is the Automax® cone crusher which provides excellent reduction
and product cubicity for the production of high quality aggregate and sub-base
material. Hydraulic release capabilities are designed so that any uncrushable
material entering the chamber is safely discharged. Suitable for secondary
and tertiary applications, the 1000SR can produce up to three products when
oversized material doesn’t require re-circulation to the crusher.

maximised performance across all applications with
excellent wear life and output potential. All Powerscreen
jaw plates are fully reversible allowing maximum usage
of available plate and are fully machined on locating
surfaces providing ease of speed when fitting them. A
convenient easy lifting system also facilitates changes.

CHIEFTAIN 2100X
The Powerscreen® Chieftain 2100X is designed for medium to large scale operators who
require large volumes of high specification products. The Chieftain 2100X is the largest
model to feature a high capacity hopper, belt feeder and radio controlled tipping grid.
A key feature is the patented hydraulically folding recirculating conveyor on the 3 deck
version, eliminating the need for a crane on site and a 2 bearing screen with adjustable
screen speed and amplitude with hydraulic screen angle adjustment.
User benefits include a quick set-up time (typically under 30 minutes) with hydraulically
folding conveyors and track mobility, class leading stockpile discharge heights and a drop

WARRIOR 600
The Powerscreen® Warrior 600 is the most compact of Powerscreen’s heavy duty
scalping screen Warrior range. One of the key features of the Warrior 600 is its size -
the compact transport envelope allows the unit to be transported in a shipping container,
and is small and light enough to move between sites with minimal cost. It also means
that it is highly mobile on site, even in built-up areas.
The machine is a multipurpose heavy duty incline 2 deck screen, capable of stockpiling,
scalping before and after crushing units, or as a standalone unit. Its highly aggressive
screen can accept bofor bars, finger screens, woven mesh and punch plates along with
other application specific media types.
User benefits include a rapid set-up time and ease of operation aided by hydraulic

WARRIOR 1200

H6203
The Powerscreen® H range features horizontal screens ideal for handling high volumes
of sticky materials and for the exact, fine sizing demanded in many construction
contracts. The H6203 offers high capacity output of up to 800tph / (882 US tph).
The adjustable elliptical throw combines linear and circular amplitude producing an
aggressive screening action. Powerscreen® H products are especially effective for
scalping after a primary impact or jaw crusher and really have outstanding performance
when screening out specific small sizes. Ideally suited to applications such as natural
and crushed aggregate, coal, iron ore, recycled concrete and asphalt.
