    Product Description
    The Citizens' Complaints website application is a product
    designed to facilitate the community in submitting complaints,
    suggestions, or reports regarding various problems that occur in their
    environment. This product aims to expedite the complaint process and
    ensure a fast and effective response from the relevant RT/RW.

    In addition to the complaint feature, this web application also


    provides an announcement feature. Authorities can make
    announcements to provide information to citizens, such as scheduled
    power outages, changes to public service schedules, or security
    information. This announcement can be displayed on the app
    homepage so citizens can easily access it.
