    SOCIAL MEDIA REEL CHALLENGE

    1. This social media reel competition is organised by Mast Meals Pvt. Ltd. (the "Organiser").

    2. The Competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, except employees of the
    Organiser and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or
    judging of the Competition.

    3. The entrants are required to create and submit a video using the reels feature on
    Facebook & Instagram, showcasing their creativity & originality.

    4. The Competition will run from 26th June 2023 to 31st July 2023. Submissions will not be
    accepted after the deadline.

    5. To enter the Competition, each entrant must follow these steps:

    - Follow the Organiser's account on Instagram & Facebook.

    - Create and upload a reel on Instagram & Facebook using the hashtag #idlygo and tagging
    @idlygo.

    6. Each entrant may submit multiple entries for the Competition. However, each entry must
    be unique and different from any previous entries by the same entrant.

    7. Each reel submitted must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe upon
    the rights of any other party. The entrant must be the sole owner of the copyright in the reel
    submitted.

    8. Each reel submitted must comply with the terms and conditions of the Platform(s) where it
    is uploaded, as well as with any applicable laws and regulations.

    9. Each reel submitted must not contain any inappropriate and/or offensive content, such as
    nudity, violence, hate speech, harassment, bullying, defamation or any other contents
    deemed to be contrary to the law, religious, cultural and moral traditions and practices of
    India or any other country where the Competition is accessible.

    10. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry and to reject any
    entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or that is deemed to be
    fraudulent or dishonest.

    11. By entering the Competition, each entrant grants the Organiser a non-exclusive,
    royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute and
    communicate to the public their reel(s) in any media for any purpose related to the
    Competition or future promotions of the Organiser without any compensation or notification
    to the entrant.
    12. By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees that their name and reel(s) may be
    published on the Website and other media platforms of the Organiser and its partners
    without any compensation or notification to the entrant.

    13. By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the
    Organiser and its affiliates from any claim or liability arising from or relating to their entry or
    participation in the Competition.

    14. The Grand Winner of the Competition will be announced on 15th August 2023 on the
    social media platforms of the Organiser.

    15. The Grand Prize of the Competition: “One Night Stay for Two at Taj Bengal (Kolkata) with
    breakfast.”

    16. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other items.

    17. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value
    without prior notice.

    18. The winners may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility to claim their
    prize.

    19. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Competition or any
    part thereof at any time without prior notice for any reason whatsoever, including but not
    limited to technical failures, fraud, force majeure or any other circumstances beyond its
    control.

    20. The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered
    by any entrant or winner as a result of entering or participating in the Competition or
    accepting or using any prize.

    21. The Organiser is not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions,
    defects, delays, failures or malfunctions in the operation or transmission of the Website or
    any other platform used for the Competition, including but not limited to technical problems,
    human error, hacking, virus infection, unauthorised intervention or any other causes beyond
    its control.

    22. By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and
    conditions and the decisions of the Organiser and the judges, which are final and conclusive
    in all matters relating to the Competition.

    23. By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees that any dispute arising out of or in
    connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
    West Bengal, Kolkata.
