三、工艺流程及设备
1、工艺布置
1. Technological arrangement
主体设备按工艺流程依次组成为:上料小车→双开卷机组→夹送机→液压剪→焊接→1#张力
辊→立式活套→2#张力辊→前处理→3#张力辊→测张辊→退火炉→快速冷却段→4#张力辊→
出口活套→5#张力辊→液压剪→夹送机→双收卷机组→下料小车。
According to the process flow, the main equipment consists of feeding trolley → double uncoiling
unit → clamping conveyor → hydraulic shears → welding →1# tension roller → vertical looper
→2# tension roller → pretreatment →3# tension roller → tension measuring roller → annealing
furnace → rapid cooling section →4# tension roller → outlet looper →5# tension roller →
hydraulic shears →clamping conveyor →double coiling unit → blanking trolley.
2、设备装置
2.1 入口段
2.1.1 1#、2#开卷机组
1)用途:用于不锈钢卷开卷,并为机组入口段建立前张力。
1) Purpose: They are used to uncoil stainless steel coils and establish front tension for the inlet
section of the unit.

3) 结构:开卷设备为动力开卷,卷头采用四棱锥有缝隙卷筒,液压涨缩(带旋转接头),开
卷机由固定底座、卷筒、压辊和传动装置等部分组成。机架和底座为焊接结构,卷筒及芯轴
为合金钢锻钢。开卷压辊由底架、液压缸、压辊等组成,压辊升降由液压缸驱动,辊面衬橡
胶。
3) Structure: The uncoiler is a powered uncoiler, and the coiling end adopts the slit roll in the shape
of rectangular pyramid, which is hydraulically expanded and contracted (with rotary joint). The
uncoiler is composed of fixed base, roll, press roller and transmission device. The frame and base
are welded, and the roll and mandrel are made of alloy forged steel. The uncoiling press roller is
composed of underbed, hydraulic cylinder, press roller, etc. The press roller is lifted under the drive
of hydraulic cylinder, and its surface is lined with rubber.
2.1.2 上卸卷小车及鞍座

1)功能:上卸卷小车,分别位于两台开卷机卷筒的下面,用于将钢卷上到开卷机卷筒上。

3)结构:上料小车为地坑式台式车,由车体、升降架、轨道等部分组成。车体为一焊接框架,
设有四个车轮,小车横移由电机驱动。升降架装在车体上,车体上设有导向套,由液压缸推
动,可沿导向套升降,可以顶到芯轴外圆。在导柱的顶端安有鞍座,用来托起带卷。横移终
端设有行程开关,实现安全保护。液压软管及电缆均装于履带式链板上。鞍座为固定式,鞍
座上部呈 V 形,V 形块上面镶装尼龙板。鞍座为焊接结构。

3) Structure: The feeding trolley is a pit-type desktop trolley consisting of car body, lifting frame,
track and other parts. The car body is a welded frame with four wheels, and the transverse travel of
the trolley is driven by a motor. The lifting frame is installed on the car body, and the car body is
equipped with a guide sleeve, which is pushed by a hydraulic cylinder and can be lifted along the
guide sleeve to the excircle of the mandrel. A saddle is installed at the top of the guide post to
support the coil. The traverse terminal is set with a travel switch to realize safety protection.
Hydraulic hoses and cables are installed on the crawler chain plate. The saddle is fixed, and its
upper part is V-shaped, and nylon plate is inlaid on the V-shaped block. The saddle is welded.
2.1.3 夹送机
1)功能:用于夹送钢带头部以便顺利穿带,同时起转向作用。
1) Function: It is used to clamp the end of the strip steel for smooth threading, and it also plays a
steering role.

1)功能:将带钢形态不好的头部和尾部切掉。

3)工作原理及结构特点
本设备上刀座固定,下刀座通过液压缸驱动剪切。本设备主要由、下刀架、上刀架、下刀座、
上刀座、机架等组成。
The upper cutterhead of this equipment is fixed, and the lower cutterhead is driven to shear by
hydraulic cylinder. This equipment is mainly composed of lower and upper tool holders, upper and
lower cutterheads, frame and other parts.
2.1.5 焊机
1)功 能:对带钢头部、尾部进行连接,保证生产线的连续生产。
1) Function: Connect the head and tail of strip steel to ensure the continuous production of the
production line.
2.1.6 1#张力辊
1)功能: 1#张力辊设在焊机之后,入口活套之前,分别为开卷机和入口活套段提供所需的张
力。当焊机需重新焊接时,1#张力辊组能将上卷钢带从入口活套中反向拉出,使带尾与下卷
钢带头部进行重焊。在正常生产时,当带头带尾焊接完成,1#张力辊与开卷机一起以高于机
组运行的速度向活套内快速充带。
1) Function: The 1# tension roller is arranged behind the welding machine and before the inlet
looper, providing the required tension for the uncoiler and the inlet looper respectively. When it
needs to re-weld with the welding machine, the 1# tension roller set can pull out the upper coiled

steel strip from the inlet looper section in reverse, so that the tail of the strip steel can be re-welded
with the head of the lower coiled strip steel. In normal production, after the head and tail are welded,
the 1# tension roller and the uncoiler will quickly feed the strip into the looper at a speed higher
than the running speed of the unit.

roller set is provided with a press roller, which is lined with rubber and pressed or lifted by a gas
cylinder; the frame is a welded steel structure.
2.1.7 入口活套
1)功能:该设备主要用于储存入口段钢带。当入口段进行换卷操作时,入口段停车,活套车移
动,释放为工艺段储存的钢带,以保证生产线的连续运行。

1) Function: The equipment is mainly used for storing steel strips at the inlet section. When the coil
is changed at the inlet section, the inlet section stops and the looper trolley moves to release the
strip steel stored for the process section to ensure the continuous operation of the production line.

碱喷淋装置
功能:将高压碱液喷在带钢表面,从而达到脱脂的目的。
Function: It is used to spray high-pressure lye on the surface of strip steel for the purpose of
degreasing.
结构:由喷淋槽、喷头、出口挤干辊、入口密封辊和碱液循环系统等组成。喷头安装在轧制
线上下两侧;出口挤干辊,用于除去带钢表面的残液,挤干辊上辊由气缸驱动升降,可以在
线换辊。槽体为不锈钢制作(以下同)。碱液循环系统设在碱洗段传动侧,其作用是:正常
工作时向喷淋槽提供碱液,循环系统由水箱(槽体为不锈钢制作,以下同),泵和管道(泵
和管道、阀门为碳钢、以下同)系统组成。
Structure: It consists of spray tank, spray nozzles, outlet squeezing roller, inlet sealing roller, lye
circulation system and other parts. The spray nozzles are installed on the upper and lower sides of
the rolling line; the outlet squeezing roller is used to remove the residual liquid on the surface of
strip steel, and its upper roller is driven by a gas cylinder to lift, and can be replaced on the line. The
tank body is made of stainless steel (the same below). The lye circulation system is located at the
transmission side of the alkali washing section, and its function is to provide lye to the spray tank
during normal operation. The circulation system consists of water tank (tank body is made of

传动,由气缸进行抬压,分别对带钢上下表面进行两道清洗,通过观察刷辊电流可以确定刷

碱液循环系统设在碱刷洗段传动侧,其作用是:正常工作时向刷洗槽提供碱液,循环系统由
水箱、泵和管道系统组成。在碱液的回水管口设置过滤网,用于过滤掉刷辊上脱落的刷毛,
防止喷嘴堵塞。刷辊刷毛为分段组合结构,便于刷辊的局部更换。在刷洗槽和电解槽之间采
用过渡连接槽,防止碱液的外泄。
Structure: It consists of brush tank, spray nozzles, 4 driving brush rollers with supporting rollers,
outlet squeezing rollers, lye circulation system and other parts. The spray nozzles are installed on
the upper and lower sides of the rolling line; 4 polypropylene brush rollers with supporting rollers
are used for mechanical cleaning of strip steel, driven by AC motor and pressed by a gas cylinder to
clean the upper and lower surfaces of strip steel respectively. The brushing force is determined by
observing the current of brush roller. Two pairs of outlet squeezing rollers, one for standby and one
for use, are used to remove residual liquid on the surface of strip steel, and the upper roller is driven
to lift by a gas cylinder. The lye circulation system is located at the transmission side of the alkali
washing section, and its function is to provide lye to the washing tank during normal operation. The
circulation system consists of water tank, pump and pipeline system. A filter screen is set at the
return pipe end of lye to filter off the bristles falling off the brush roller to prevent the nozzles from
being blocked. The bristles of the brush roller are of sectional combined structure, which is
convenient for local replacement of the brush roller. A transitional connecting tank is used between
the washing tank and the electrolytic tank to prevent the lye from leaking out.

带钢表面的残液,挤干辊上辊由气缸驱动升降。水循环系统设在碱刷洗段传动侧,其作用是:
正常工作时向刷洗槽提供清水,循环系统由水箱、泵和管道系统组成.
Function: It is used to spray and wash the surface of strip steel with water, and brush the upper and
lower surfaces of strip steel with brush roller, so as to clean the lye on the surface of strip steel.
Structure: It consists of brushing tank, spray nozzles, 4 driving brush rollers with supporting rollers,
outlet squeezing rollers, clean water circulation system and other parts. The inner surface of the
brushing tank is stainless steel, and the nozzles are installed on the upper and lower sides of the
rolling line; 4 polypropylene brush rollers with supporting rollers are used for mechanical cleaning
of strip steel, driven by AC motor and pressed by gas cylinder to clean the upper and lower surfaces
of strip steel respectively. The brushing force is determined by observing the current of brush roller.

功能:抽走含碱水蒸气,防止其直接排放在车间内。
Function: It is used to pump alkali-containing water vapor to prevent it from being directly
discharged into the workshop.
结构:本装置由风机、管网系统组成。由一个主管路分别连接刷洗槽、电解槽和清洗槽,通
过风机的抽吸,在槽盖区域内产生一定的负压,防止碱(水)蒸汽的外泄,污染车间。
Structure: This device is composed of fan and pipe network system. A main pipeline connects the
washing tank, electrolytic tank and cleaning tank respectively. Through the suction of fan, a certain
negative pressure is generated in the tank cover area to prevent the alkali (water) steam from
leaking to and polluting the workshop.

Function: It is used to blow high-speed hot air on the surface of strip steel to dry the moisture left
on it after degreasing.
结构:本装置由喷箱、风机、换热器及管网系统组成。空气经预热后(通过废气换热器)喷吹
在带钢表面,起到吹干和带走带钢表面水分的作用。风机采用交流电机传动。
Structure: This device consists of spray box, fan, heat exchanger and pipe network system. After
preheated (through exhaust gas heat exchanger), air is blown on the surface of strip steel to blow
dry and take away the moisture on it. The fan is driven by AC motor.

tension roller, press roller, frame, transmission device and other parts. The tension roller is a hollow

The preheating section is to preheat strip steel to make full use of waste heat of flue gas. It is a box
structure pressure-tight welded by carbon steel, which has a built-in double-layer furnace liner and
is lined with refractory materials. It consists of furnace shell, furnace door, front supporting roller,
inner roller, heat exchanger, smoke exhaust fan, smoke pipe, high-temperature refractory material
and other parts. The smoke exhaust fan brings the burner flue gas from the oxygen-free heating
section forward (opposite to the strip steel direction), and preheats the strip steel when passing

There are 6 circulation fans in the cooling section. The first 2 circulation fans are 37KW (frequency
conversion control) fans, and the initial condenser has three inlets and three outlets, aiming to
quickly cool the strip steel to form austenite and ensure the grain size at the front end as much as
possible. The last 4 circulation fans are 22KW fans. According to the steel sheet outlet temperature,
the speed of the variable-frequency motor is adjusted to control the cooling speed, so that the strip
steel is cooled at the technological speed at this section. The furnace roller driven by frequency
conversion is arranged in the furnace to support the strip steel.

protective gas in the furnace after local accumulation for any reasons, glow heaters are set on the
rapid cooling section, equalization section and furnace nose to make the entered oxygen burn with
hydrogen at any time, thus to ensure that no oxygen accumulates to avoid explosion. The power of
each glow heater is 0.4KW, and the safe AC power supply voltage is 24V.
2.4.3 燃烧系统:

与助燃空气按要求输送到烧嘴混合燃烧加热马弗管辐射热量加热钢带及炉膛达到工艺要求。
In the oxygen-free heating section, open flame heating is adopted, and flue gas is preheated with
combustion-supporting air before burning. In the reduction heating section, the natural gas and
combustion-supporting air are delivered to the burner for mixed combustion as required. The
radiant heat from heating the muffle tube heats the steel belt and furnace to meet the technological
requirements.

The combustion system consists of oxygen-free heating section and reduction heating section; these
two sections are respectively divided into 5 zones; the oxygen-free heating section is provided with
25 burners (230KW), while the reduction heating section and soaking section are provided with 25
burners in total. The rated output power of each gas radiant tube is 230KW. All burners in the whole
combustion system are equipped with a single proportional valve and electromagnetic quick-cut
valve, which ensures that the combustion state of each burner is adjustable and optimal and that the
safety is more standardized. In order to further reduce the gas consumption, the combustion-
supporting air is preheated by using the high-temperature exhaust gas of the radiant tube, and the air
preheating temperature is 350 ~ 450℃.

燃气管路在总管上设置燃气减压阀、电动快速切断阀、放散阀各一个,手动切断阀一个,高、
低压压力开关各一个,高低压压力表各一个,进气压力 0.08-0.1MPa。燃气总管可实现总管
燃气压力的减压稳压、超压自动放散、燃气压力异常的高低压保护等功能。

through frequency control, and the electric butterfly valve of the branch pipe is automatically set.

The fans, related pipelines and insulation in the smoke exhaust system shall be designed by Party B,
and the heat exchangers, fans, valves, expansion joints and other components in the pipeline system
shall be supplied by Party B. In one route, it is sent to the inlet of exhaust gas heat exchanger of the
unit; in the other route, it is sent to the inlet of 3# hot air blowing fan and the inlet of passivation
drying furnace fan of the unit.
The burner is manufactured by German technology with low NO2 production. According to the
length and power requirements of the radiant tube, a specific burner core is manufactured, so that
during the burning, that is, under the rated (optimal) power of the burner, the air flow fills the
radiant tube to reduce the temperature difference in the length direction of the radiant tube, that is,
in the width direction of the furnace. The burner is equipped with ignition electrode and flame
detection electrode; the burner combustion controller is used for automatic ignition and re-ignition
after flameout and automatic cutoff. The burner can also measure the pressure of air and gas for
convenience of debugging and control. The burner has a long service life and simple operation.
There is an ignition transformer in the burner controller. The burner adopts ionization flame
monitoring, which can be automatically re-ignited and protected after flameout.
PID 连续比例控制系统,控制信号由智能温控仪产生,控制信号与烧嘴功率成比例。根据炉
温高低,智能温控仪或 PLC 输出 4-20mA(或 0-10V)控制信号给每个温区的总管空气电动

In the PID continuous proportional control system, the control signal is generated by intelligent
temperature controller, and it is proportional to the burner power. Based on the furnace temperature,
the intelligent temperature controller or PLC outputs the 4-20mA (or 0-10V) control signal to the
main air electric regulating valve in each temperature zone, and this valve controls the air-fuel
proportional valve through the connecting pipe, so as to realize full combustion of air and gas that
are conveyed to the burner in the continuous proportion.

■张力分区和 5 段张力控制
一般而言,带钢的总张力与其横截面积大体成正比关系。本系统通过 S 辊、活套以及炉区的
跳动辊,将系统分隔为 5 段张力。开卷段张力采用间接张力控制模式,给带钢施加一个反方
向的力矩形成的,开卷机产生的张力值通过计算或直接测量开卷卷径值来调整开卷机的电流
大小; 入口活套张力在生产线建张运行时,活套电机处于电动状态,产生一个将活套小车
向上拉的力矩。但大部分情况下活套处于保持一定储存量的状态,即活套电机的速度为零。
活套电机通过减速机提供的力矩平分到各层带钢上,便使带钢拉紧形成了活套的张力,其大
小通过调整活套电机的电流来实现;炉区内需要一个小张力,入口活套张力较大,而炉区带
钢不能施加过大的张力,因而设计了一组 2 号 S 辊向前拉动带钢,抵消了一部分入口活套电
机向后的拉力,同时炉区入口设计有跳动辊系统,用于精确调整炉内张力;制动区段需要较
大的张力,在炉后的 S3 辊发挥了作用,它向后拉动带钢,使酸洗精刷段的带钢张力大于炉
内的张力,形成制动区的大张力;出口活套张力与入口活套的控制方式一样,在生产线建张
运行时,活套电机处于电动状态,产生一个将活套小车向上拉的力矩。收卷段电机一直处于
电动状态,将带钢往前拉紧产生张力,张力值通过计算或直接测量收卷卷径值来调整收卷机
的电流大小,如果收卷段配备有张力计,则采用张力闭环控制模式。
Generally speaking, the total tension of strip steel is roughly proportional to its cross-sectional area.
The system is divided into five tension sections by S roller, looper and jumping roller in the furnace
area. The tension in the uncoiling section is formed by applying a torque in the opposite direction to
the strip steel in the indirect tension control mode, and the tension value produced by the uncoiler
adjusts the current of the uncoiler by calculating or directly measuring the uncoiled coil diameter.
When the inlet looper tension drives the running in the production line, the looper motor is in an
electric state, which generates a torque to pull the looper trolley upwards. However, in most cases,
the looper is in a state of keeping a certain storage capacity, that is, the speed of the looper motor is
zero. The torque provided by the looper motor is equally distributed to each layer of strip steel
through the reducer, so that the strip steel is tightened to form the looper tension, whose value is
determined by adjusting the current of the looper motor; a small tension is needed in the furnace
area, and the inlet looper tension is large, but the strip steel in the furnace area cannot bear
excessive tension, so a set of No.2 S rollers is designed to pull the strip steel forward, which offsets
a part of backward tension of the inlet looper motor; meanwhile, the inlet of the furnace area is

designed with a jumping roller system for accurately adjusting the tension in the furnace. The
braking section needs a large tension, and the S3 roller behind the furnace plays a role in pulling the
strip steel backward, so that the tension of the strip steel in the pickling and fine brushing section is
greater than that in the furnace, forming a large tension in the braking section; the tension of the
outlet looper is controlled in the same way as that of the inlet looper. When the production line is
running, the looper motor is in an electric state, which generates a moment to pull the looper trolley
upwards. The motor in the coiling section is always in an electric state, which tightens the strip steel
forward to generate tension. The tension value adjusts the current of the coiler by calculating or
directly measuring the coiled coil diameter. If the coiling section is equipped with a tensiometer, the
tension closed-loop control mode is adopted.

DC24V power supply of the system is divided into four categories: 24V special power supply for
frequency converter; special power supply for PLC slave station and third-party DP slave station;
special power supply for PLC input module; special power supply for PLC output module; this can
ensure the stability of the whole network system, and in spite of short circuit or power failure in the
peripheral equipment, it will not cause the equipment to stop;
■炉区紧急电源
用户提供 2 路电源,一路为市电正常供电,一路为紧急电源供电;设备正常运行时,如果市
电突然断电,系统在 5 分钟内切换到紧急电源,然后启动加热区的循环风机,使之在低速下
保持运行状态,保护电机。
The user provides two power supplies, including the normal mains supply and the emergency power
supply. During the normal operation of the equipment, if the mains supply is suddenly cut off, the
system will switch to the emergency power supply within 5 minutes, and then start the circulation
fan in the heating area to keep running at a low speed to protect the motor.
机列部分不需要紧急电源。
■系统抗干扰
■ System anti-interference
The power supply system adopts TN-S power supply, that is, the user provides L1, L2, L3, N and
PE; N is the working zero line, and PE is the special protective grounding line. Three-phase
incoming reactor is equipped on the incoming side of frequency converter and rectifier power
supply in the container control cabinet, which can suppress the high-order harmonics produced by
frequency converter, and the interference of harmonics will affect the normal operation of
automation control system. Besides, AC380V/220V isolation transformer is used for the control
power supply of the automation system, so that the primary and secondary sides are completely
insulated.

2)基础自动化控制系统
The whole-line automation control is undertaken by a quick PLC controller to accomplish the
whole-line process control. PLC realizes the tension and speed control of uncoiler and coiler, and
the logic control of train sequence.
PLC 主要控制功能有:开卷机逻辑控制、恒张力控制、卷径计算、力矩补偿和自动减速控制、

diameter calculation, torque compensation and automatic deceleration control, tension roller speed

3.1)直流调速控制系统组成和功能
机组传动系统采控制器采用安川矢量控制变频器,采用直流统一供电,系统配置输出电抗器、
电压及电流显示和运行、故障显示等。
The unit drive system adopts Anchuan vector control frequency converter, uses DC unified power
supply, and is equipped with output reactor, voltage and current display and operation, fault display,
etc.
Function description: Accept the logic control of PLC, control the start and stop of DC motor and
