[Proviso to rule 6(2), 8(6) & 9 (1)]
Acting in its capacity as trustee of ISARC CANARA BANK-I/2013-14 Trust set up in

respect of financial assets pertaining to M/s. Dairy Den Kiosk Private Limited.
Notice is hereby given to the public in general and in particular to the Borrower(s)
and Guarantor(s) that the below described immovable properties mortgaged /charged
to the secured creditor, the possession of which has been taken by Authorized Officer
of ISARC (secured creditor), under the provisions of Securitization and
Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002
(SARFAESI) and read with Rules 8 & 9 of Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules 2002,
shall be sold on "AS IS WHERE IS AND WHATEVER THERE IS AND NO RECOURSE”
condition, including encumbrances, litigations and other claims, if any by inviting e-
tenders:

dues thousand two hundred and ten and paise fifteen Only) as on 31/07/2023
with further interest from 01-08-2023 along with expenses*.
*Dues calculated is as per section 13(2) Notice claim outstanding amount of

Rs 5,07,13,593/- dated 18-11-2005 issued by Canara Bank (Assignor) with
further interest from 19-11-2005 and other costs.
Details of the All that piece and parcel of Open land (Final Plot No
property / asset to 153/2 paiki) situated in Survey No 470/2/1 Paiki
be sold admeasuring an area of 4199 Sqm and falls under
Commercial Zone (C-3) of TPS No 7 in Sargasan, behind
Ashwamegh Complex, near Sargasan Circle,
S.G.Highway, Gandhinagar.
Note :
Mortgaged Property being a vacant plot, ISARC is
having only symbolic possession under the SARFAESI
Act, 2002.
Reserve Price and
Earnest Money Reserve Price (R.P.) EMD

EMD is 10% of the reserve price. The intended bidder/purchaser/buyer
submitting a bid below reserve price will not be accepted. Bid incremental
amount is Rs.10,00,000/-. Further, the highest bidder declared successful
by ISARC is required to pay overall 25% inclusive of EMD amount of the
auction sale consideration on the same day or the next working day.
The interested purchaser(s) shall themselves satisfy about the right and title
of the property (ies) from the concerned local authorities and no claim shall
be entertained by the Authorized officer/ISARC in this regard after the
auction of the properties and the successful bidder shall not raise any
dispute after the auction on the above.
