Terms & Conditions
1. By providing the info herein, you hereby consent to our processing of your personal data as per the Personal Data Notice at

2. In order to expedite your request, please state the TICKET No. in all transactions via phone / email.
3. Please retain this TICKET for your future collection purpose. If customer failed to show the ORIGINAL copy of this SR, Machines Service Sdn Bhd
reserve the right to decline collection.
4. In the course of Desktop and Notebook repair(herein after refer to “Mac”), should it be necessary to access the Operating System or applications on the
Hard Disk of your Mac but it is found that these are inaccessible, then Machines Service Sdn Bhd reserves the right to proceed with the repair by
formatting the Hard Disk.
5. Machines Service Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any loss of data whatsoever during the course of repair. You are advised to backup the data in your
product prior to sending it for repair.
6. A nominal fee will be charged should you wish Machines Service Sdn Bhd to backup your data (for Mac only). Data backup/restore may not be 100%
and is perform at best effort basis depends on the hard drive readability conditions. And data backup is focus on User Folder only unless otherwise specify
by customer.
7. Any faulty part/s being replaced either under or beyond Apple warranty coverage becomes the property of Apple and will be returned back to Apple.
8. Payment is strictly through cash/credit card for end users & non-authorised dealers. Cheques are not accepted.
9. An diagnosis fee of RM100.00 (iOS) or RM200.00 (Mac) will be charged should you cancel or do not wish to proceed with the repairs once the TICKET
is raised.
10. Quotation is based on estimation. Customer will be informed if there is any re-quote.
11. If any unauthorised modification found by Apple Repair Centre, RM300 will be imposed during collection.
12. If any unauthorised modification part/unit damaged found during repair process, Machines Service Sdn Bhd are not responsible on any damage &
return your product unrepaired in the damaged condition according to Apple One (1) Year Limited Warranty & Repair policies.
13. All replacement part/unit will carry Ninety (90) Days warranty start from the date of complete service or for the remaining period of the original warranty
coverage, whichever is longer; and the Ninety (90) days warranty will start upon Collection or Seven (7) days from Date of notification email for
Unit/Device Ready for Collection; whichever earlier.
14. In the situation where Machines Service Sdn Bhd provides a cost for repairs, Machines Service Sdn Bhd will proceed with the repair ONLY upon
payment confirmed received.
15. Should any product, in which repair or service has been completed for more than Ninety (90) days, be uncollected by the customer and continues to
be left in the premises of Machines Service Sdn Bhd even though Machines Service Sdn Bhd has notified, then Machines Service Sdn Bhd may at its
complete discretion sell, dispose off or handle the product in any way it deems fit. Machines Service Sdn Bhd reserves the right to apply the proceeds of
any sale to offset the costs incurred in the repair or service of the product as well as any other incidental expenses. (NO reminder will be issued).
16. Any additional repair issue arise after diagnose & repair cancelled, Machines Service Sdn Bhd are not responsible on any damage & return your
product unrepaired in the damaged condition.
17. I declare that I am the legal owner of the Apple product listed above (or their duly appointments representative) and that I have not modified, repaired,
or otherwise changed the configuration of the Apple product or have authorized others to do so.
18. All services provided T&C are comply with Apple Repair T&C, Apple Care Apple Limited One (1) year Warranty. Please refer to link:
