Situation Analysis:

The chosen brand is "Warrior Fitness, a young company focusing on fitness apparel

and equipment for people of different levels of workouts skills. Warrior Fitness brand has the

potential of breaking through as a small player in a health&fit industry that hosts multiple big

players like Nike or Adidas. On the other hand, it allows us to define a specific niche by
