Job Role: The Senior Manager, Talent and Organizational Development - India position leads
GIA India Pvt. Laboratory’s India Center of Excellence with focus areas that include
talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, leadership
development, change management, culture, and continuous learning to include
inclusion and diversity. Additionally the role holder is expected to consult and
collaborate with leaders, HR business partners, and employees across the
organisation to develop, implement, sustain, and improve enterprise programmes
that meet the organization's current and future needs.
Description of Knowledge

o Instructional Design and Content Development using Adult
Learning Principles, and leveraging Blended Learning
o OD Processes
o Working Knowledge of Assessment and Development Centers
(ADC), and Psychometrics

o Talent Management – IDPs, 9 Box, etc.
o Domain expertise, and awareness of trends and the future of Talent
and OD
o LnOD Operations and Management
o Working Knowledge of Competency Frameworks, including
behavioural indicators and BARS
