1. Brief Introduction
The clock's default IP address is 192.168.2.2, with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0. Users need to
download the ClockSniffer software on a computer, connect the clock and the computer to the same
network, and use the software to search for and configure the clock (supports setting time zone,
daylight saving time, screen brightness, and temperature/humidity display). Before shipping, the
manufacturer will set the local time zone and daylight saving time based on the customer's location,
and the screen brightness will be set to the default level. Upon receiving the clock, customers only
need to power it on and place the GPS antenna in a location with a clear satellite signal.
2. Installation
(1)For the 2.3-inch 6-digit clock “GTD366R4” and 4-inch 4/6-digit clock “GTD368R1”
The back of the single-sided clock has two small holes, and it can be directly mounted on the wall
using the included screws. If you want to install it on the ceiling or corridor, additional installation
accessories need to be purchased. For double-sided clocks, additional installation accessories are
required.
Fix the clock to the rack using the included mounting ears.

3.2. Password
(1) Ensure that the computer and clock are on the same network segment to search for the clock and
(2) The software only supports Windows systems and does not support MAC.
(4) If no secret key is set, when saving settings, simply click "Modify" without entering a secret key.
(1) After the clock is powered on, all LED dots will be lit, and the digits will count down from 9 to 0 for
self-checking, with each digit displayed for 1 second. Clocks with dot matrix screens will also start
self-checking.
(2) After the LED self-check is completed, the clock will display the system time. Before obtaining the
time from GPS, a small dot in the lower right corner will be lit.
(3) After obtaining the time from GPS, the clock will display the current time according to the current
time zone and daylight saving time settings. The small dot in the lower right corner will be turned off.
5. Trouble shooting
(1) Check if the clock and computer are on the same network segment.
(2) Disable virtual network cards (virtual machines, VPN, etc.) on the computer.

(3) If the clock cannot be found through broadcast search, try unicast search.
Check in the software if the brightness is set to power-saving mode (off). If not, try restarting after
power cycling. If the screen is still black after power cycling, please contact the manufacturer.
(1) If the small dot appears in the lower right corner immediately after power on, it means the clock
(2) If the clock is unable to obtain time for a long time after power on, try changing the position of the
antenna.
(3) If the small dot appears after the clock has been running for a while, it indicates that the clock is no
longer able to receive GPS information. In this case, check if the GPS antenna is properly connected.
