• Please Note: We request that if you are unable to attend your original appointment, you reschedule the appointment as soon as
possible. Rescheduling your appointment is possible via de VFS appointment system. If you do not reschedule your appointment, nor
attend your original appointment, a refund of the VFS Service fee will only be given in very exceptional situations such as
hospitalization. You will have to provide documents that prove why you were unable to attend or reschedule the
appointment..Security Regulations
Electronic gadgets are not allowed inside the VAC. Kindly Refer Security Regulations on our Website: Due to security reasons the
following items will not be permitted inside the Application Centre or stored in the premises with effect from 5th of February 2007.
All battery operated or electronic gadgets such as cameras, audio/video cassettes, compact discs, MP3s, floppies, laptops, or portable
music players.
All bags such as travel bags, back packs, briefcases, suitcases, leather, jute or cloth bags and zip folders. Only a plastic bag containing
your application related papers would be permitted.
1. Sealed envelopes or packages.
2. Any inflammable item such as matchboxes/ lighters/ fuel etc.
3. Any sharp objects such as scissors, pen knives or nail filers.
4. Weapon or weapon like objects or explosive material of any kind.
The list provided above is not finite. Other items may be prohibited based on security staff discretion. Additional Services At VFS

Service
VFS Global is pleased to be able to offer an SMS service which updates customers in India on the progress of their visa applications.
The easy to use SMS service sends an automated message to the applicant’s mobile phone at various stages of the visa application
process. This is followed up with an automated email message to the applicants email informing them of the status of their visa
application. The SMS text is available in English. This service can be purchased for an additional fee per Passport (inclusive of Service
tax). at the time a customer submits the visa application. SMS facility costs Rs.80/-(inclusive of taxes) per applicant. For more details

Separate lounge with personalized service by dedicated staff, refreshments, faster submission at the VAC and inclusive of courier and
photocopying as complimentary services. Premium Lounge facility costs Rs.2000-(inclusive of taxes) per applicant. The Lounge fees

1. Your visa application will be processed and decided upon by the Embassy’s/Consulates. Use of the Premium Service Lounge does
not affect the processing time of your application. All applicants will be required to follow the instructions on applying for a visa,

2. Please check the website for latest information on Prime Time service as it is a seasonal service and offered during the peak season
(March-June/April-June) normally.
3. Please note appointment timing is given for you to report at the application centre. Applicants will be issued with a token number
at the Application Centre and will be entertained as per the token number assigned. It may take more time depending on the number
of applications submitted at the counter by an individual.Parking Information:
Please note, parking facilities are not provided for applicant’s/visitor’s vehicles in the building compound of the VFS Global Visa
Application Centre located in Bangalore, at Global Tech Park. We advise applicants/visitors to make transportation arrangements
accordingly. Valet services are provided outside the building gate by TESKA Technologies Private Limited (SKA). You may avail the
valet service, at your own risk. VFS Global is not responsible for any damages incurred. Please note:
Weekend appointments are available at an additional cost. Please refer to the additional services page of the website.

work) issued by competent “Ufficio Provinciale del Lavoro” (Labour Provincial
Directorate) whose date is not prior to six months, duly authorized by competent
“Questura” (Police Headquarters)

OSTA Original and photocopy of “Autorizzazione al lavoro” issued by competent “Ufficio
Provinciale del Lavoro – Segreteria Collocamento Spettacolo, Via Fornovo 8, 00193
ROMA (Labour Provincial Directorate – Division for the Show Business) or by the
“Ufficio Speciale Collocamento dello Spettacolo” at Palermo (Special Labour Office )
5. One way flight reservation
6. Photocopy of all observations in the passport
7. Employer’s “dichiarazione”
8. Employer’s ID Copy.
9. If Employer is not Italian National, permit of stay copy.

case the maximum period of 30 days fixed by the Italian law for the evaluation of this type of visa will be
suspended till verification is completed.
