Citi India consumer banking customers are now served by Axis Bank.
Citi India has transferred ownership of its consumer banking

business to Axis Bank (registration number L65110GJ1993PLC020769). Consumer banking customers can continue to use all
existing Citi products and/or services, branches, ATMs, internet banking and Citi Mobile® App as usual. Axis Bank is the provider
of Citi branded consumer banking products in India temporarily and Citi India is providing certain services in respect of those
products. The trademarks “Citi”, “Citibank”, “Citigroup”, the Arc design and all similar trademarks and derivations thereof are
used temporarily under license by Axis Bank from Citigroup Inc. and related group entities.
Amazon.
1. Amazon Gift Cards ("GCs") are issued by the Qwikcilver Solutions Private limited ("Qwikcilver"). Credit
and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Amazon.in Gift Cards.
2. To add your Gift Card to your Amazon Pay balance, visit www.amazon.in/addgiftcard
3. Beneficiary can apply the 14 digit code (under scratch card) on amazon.in/addgiftcard and add the gift
card balance in his/her Amazon.in account. This balance gets automatically applied at the time of next
purchase. There is no cap on number of Gift Cards that can be added to an account.
4. Amazon Pay balance is a sum of all balances associated with the Gift Cards in your Amazon.in account.
5. Amazon Pay balance are redeemable across all products on Amazon.in except apps, certain global
store products and other Amazon.in Gift Cards.
6. Amazon Pay balance must be used only towards the purchase of eligible products on amazon.in
7. The Gift Cards, including any unused Amazon Pay balance, expire one year from the date of issuance
of the Gift Card.
8. Gift Cards cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for the cash.
9. Qwikcilver, Amazon Seller Service Private Limited ("Amazon") or their affiliates are not responsible if a
Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

Lifestyle (Offline)
1. eGift card are redeemable at all stores of Lifestyle & Home Centre in India.
2. For balance enquiry / validity, SMS LSBAL< space >16 digit card number to 56767.
3. This eGift card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
4. This Lifestyle eGift Card can be redeemed only once and in full, in case the value of the merchandise
exceeds the value of e-gift card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer, No refunds / credit note shall
be issued for unused part of the eGift card.
5. This eGift Card can be used at our offline stores only.
6. Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend the terms at its discretion without prior
notice.
7. Protect the eGift card number and pin to avoid misuse, Lifestyle shall not assume any liability in case
the e gift card pin gets stolen/compromised, Lifestyle shall neither replace the eGift card nor refund the
cash.
8. Once the eGift card is issued, Lifestyle will not entertain any request for cancellation. Any exchange by
the bearer will be considered a valid discharge of Lifestyle's liability.
9. Disputes if any, shall be subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.

1. Body Shop e-Gift Voucher are redeemable at the Body Shop stores and website in India only.
2. e-Gift Voucher cannot be en-cashed or refunded and can be redeemed only on purchase of the Body
Shop products.
3. The Body Shop e-Gift Voucher are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
4. No cash will be refunded even if purchase value is less than voucher value.
5. Unlimited e-Gift Voucher can be clubbed against single billing.

6. In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the e-Gift Voucher, the difference must be
paid by cash, credit card or debit card.
7. E-Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed partially.
8. Mutilated damaged or defaced Gift Card cannot be exchanged or redeemed. In case of lost or missing
Gift Card no replacement would be provided.
9. It is mandatory to present the e-Gift Voucher at the time of purchase/ billing.
10. e-Gift Voucher can be used in sales period.
11. e-Gift Voucher can be used clubbed with existing offers in store.
12. Any unused balance on the e-Gift Voucher cannot be en-cashed or refunded.

2. The amount loaded on the Voucher shall be valid for 06 Months from the date of issue.
3. No refund will be done at any circumstances, even if balance is available.
4. e-Gift Voucher can be used for one time redemption only within the validity period.
5. Multiple (upto 5) can be used against single transaction.
6. e-Gift Voucher is not applicable on discounted products and cannot be clubbed with any other offer in

8. Partial redemption is not possible.
