    About the Department


    Patron The Department of Computer Engineering was started in the
    Prof.Mini S. Thomas year 2000. As a leading department at the Faculty of Engg &
    Dean Tech, with its students winning several National and
    Faculty of Engg. & Tech. JMI International level awards in the recent years, including Smart
    India Hackathon 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2022. Its faculty
    members are involved in active research and have published
    research papers in journals and conferences indexed by
    Convener
    Science Citation Index (SCIE) and Scopus. The Department
    Prof. Bashir Alam,
    offers B. Tech. (NBA Accredited) , M. Tech. and Ph.D. in
    Head

    About the Course Key Features
    The course offers lectures as well as A targeted curriculum over essential concepts
    hands-on sessions over programming & techniques in AI and ML.
    and related concepts from subject
    experts. Practical-oriented approach including primarily
    Hands-on experience through a series Coding and some Non-Coding ways that
    of modules. emphasize hands-on learning and practical
    applications of AI and ML.
    The course comprises of five modules:
