Cycas revoluta ( Sotetsu [Japanese
ソテツ] sago palm, king sago , the
cyca, church palm, or false palm ,
is a plant native to southern Japan, a
paradigmatic example of
pseudopalms or cycads. It is usually
grown as an indoor plant, since it
