The collaborator to whom said vehicle is assigned must assume responsibility for its
proper use, conservation, custody and ensuring the good periodic maintenance of the
same, in accordance with the normal needs of use and wear.
The vehicle will be returned directly by the responsible collaborator who must sign the
corresponding return certificate, a document in which the state of the vehicle in which
said return is being carried out will be specified, with an indication of those elements
that were missing to determine the responsibility that would be incurred. instead of

This Minute is signed by the Technical Director, Operations Manager or the collaborator
designated by him, otherwise it will not be considered valid. Failure to comply with the
provisions of this Minute will give rise to the sanction contemplated in the Internal Work
Regulations, the Labor Standards, without prejudice to other actions that may arise.
The characteristics of the vehicle, inventory and condition and operational test of the
vehicle that is delivered by this Minute are detailed below.

The vehicles will be driven on weekdays and within the work hours established by the Company, except for
salespeople who may take them home due to the nature of their position.
For commercial equipment, vehicles will be able to leave the city for purposes relevant to their work.
The use of GSS vehicles for private matters for purposes other than the company's service needs is
prohibited.
Employees who have an assigned vehicle, who go on vacation, licenses, extended permits, training abroad
and/or suspensions; one (01) day before the event they will return the vehicle to the Technical Director or,
in his absence, to the Operations Management.
DRIVER'S LICENSE
The vehicles will be driven exclusively by collaborators with a valid driver's license and experience to drive
vehicles in accordance with the assigned unit. It is the responsibility of the employee who drives it to
permanently carry his/her current Driver's License, as well as all his/her personal documentation and that
of the vehicle that may be required by the competent authorities.
The employee who drives the vehicle must permanently carry the following:
to. National identity document (DNI)
b. Single vehicle registration.
c. Valid driver's license, according to the category of the assigned unit.
d. Vehicle Insurance Policy
and. Land traffic regulations.
DRIVER OBLIGATIONS
VEHICLE HANDLING
It is the driver's responsibility to handle the vehicle with caution and safety, avoiding driving in a negligent
or reckless manner, as well as endangering the life and physical integrity of people, or putting the vehicle
at risk. Every driver will strictly comply with the provisions of traffic regulations, trying to drive on safe and
short routes, using a seat belt. Before driving a vehicle, take all preventive measures regarding its proper

operation, so it must be equipped with safety equipment and accessories (spare tire, set of keys, jack,
wheel wrench, ABC type fire extinguisher, safety triangle, two blocks to block the vehicle), as well as the
corresponding regulatory documentation.
Under no circumstances will the driver transfer the driving of the assigned vehicle to third parties outside
the company.
DRIVER PROHIBITIONS
The driver under responsibility is strictly prohibited from driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or
narcotics. Likewise, you may not transport people who do not belong to the Company in the vehicles.
DRIVER OFFENSES
Any violation of the land traffic rules, which generates sanctions during the time of assignment of the
vehicle, will be the responsibility of the driver, assuming the financial sanctions and/or fines generated and
the corresponding legal actions, except for causes in which it is fault. of the company (for example, non-
payment of insurance, non-payment of the new license plate, etc.).
In the event of a collision with third parties, the driver must carry out the following actions:
to. Report the incident to the Police Authority (traffic) of the place where the accident occurred,
submitting to an alcohol test within the established period. If liability is found in the third party, GSS will
only assume the expenses incurred for a police report, alcohol testing and police expertise, since these
expenses are considered minor, unscheduled and urgent.
b. Immediately communicate the occurrence to the Coordinator. Technical Service (if it is a non-working
day, the report must be made first thing in the morning on the first working day).
c. Take the necessary precautions to avoid subsequent damage or theft to the vehicle.
d. Do not make part changes, accept or arrange any repair without authorization from the Technical
Service Manager.
and. Send to the Technical Service Area, a photocopy of any notification or Judicial Summons within 24
hours of receiving it, with the driver being obliged to attend the proceedings.
F. Not make any payment or commit subsequent payment by the Insurer or GSS.
g. The Technical Service Coordinator must request from the corresponding police department the Report
of Conclusions of the Police Investigation indicating responsibility for the crash.
REVIEW PERIODS
On a monthly basis, the collaborator who drives the vehicle together with the technical service
coordinator or workshop supervisor must carry out the general inventory of the vehicle, to verify that it
meets all the established requirements. Likewise, they must carry out an inspection of its state of
cleanliness and cleanliness. The company will pay for two monthly cleanings (one every 15 days); If the
vehicle is in a poor state of cleanliness, it is the responsibility of the employee in charge of it to have it
washed or, failing that, pay for the respective cleaning.
