    1. CSD is a We[ Org and this aspect remained the Guiding Principte in setting its vision
    and msn statement. CSD in its endeavors has atways been forthcoming to facititate .its
    customer and associates. ln recent past it has progressed leaps and bound and has expanded
    its Business to manifotds that incts the Civ Org working under the umbretta of Min of Def .
    2. Over the time muttipte requests have been communicated through diff qtrs to extend
    CSD HP Scheme to Retd Stdrs of AF. CSD proudty announces launching of Subj Scheme
    wef01 Dec2021.
    3. Elieibilitv/ Entitlement :, :

    a. Elisibititv. Att Retd Stdrs of AF are etigibte to aval HP facitity provided the t-tp
    term in respective case expires max a day before 50th Birthday of the stdr.

    b. Inejieihilitv. Fot Retd stdrs witt not be etigibte to aval thi facitity:- .' ,:Yi

    (1) Court-marshatted or Dismissed, Retd due to Fautt, Removed, Pre-mature

    S. Safetv/$ecurity Measufes. To ensure smooth functioning of the Scheme and to


    mitigate the possibitity of defautt and fraud fot firewatts have been designed to be made
    part of the Scheme:-
    a. Un dated Cheqyes. ln tieu of surety, customer witt be required to provide
    undated, unnamed cheques of equal amount vatuing HP Price of Gen ltems
    (Less MCs/CarlTractor) for number of years equivalent to the HP term e.g, if
    HP vatue is Rs.15,000 /- issued for a period of Three Years then CSD witt obtain
    3x Cheques of Rs.5,OO0/- each and the same witt be kept in safe custodY ,of
    respective Case Fite.
    b. Copy of Retlremeqt Ordpr (Duty attested) shatt be provided by the customer.",

    6. tqnthlv fnstt. HP customer shatl be req to deposit monthty instl as signed on cred:it
    note and shatt be the resp of customer to deposit monthty instl not later than 1Oth of each
