it also entails unlimited personal liability for business debts, putting personal assets at risk.

Despite this, it provides the owner full control over operations, enabling swift responses to

market changes. Income is reported on the owner's personal tax return, simplifying tax

obligations. As the business grows, alternative structures may be explored for enhanced

liability protection and expansion opportunities. Nonetheless, the sole proprietorship model

operate Snap and Print's photo booth business under its proprietorship structure. As the

sole proprietor, the owner invests in essential equipment, maintenance, staffing, marketing,

and other expenses to ensure the seamless delivery of photo booth services. The total

capital investment for Snap and Print amounts to ₱300,000. The exact amount needed to

fully operate SNAP AND PRINT is ₱276,200. Since the prices of essential equipment and

other expenses may change, the remaining ₱24,000 will be used.
