RESOLUTION NO. 01-2024
“A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING BDC RESOLUTION NO. 01-2024
“RESOLUTION ENDORSING TO THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY THE APPROVAL OF THE ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM (AIP) FOR CY 2024 OF BARANGAY CARITAN SUR”
Whereas, Section 114 (a) of Republic Act No. 7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991 provides that “the policies, programs and projects proposed by the local development council shall be submitted to the sanggunian concerned for appropriate action” ;
Whereas, the body deemed it necessary to approve the Annual Investment Program for CY 2024;
Now therefore, on joint motion of the body, be it;
Resolved, as it is hereby resolved, to adopt and approve BDC Resolution No. 01-2024 “Resolution Endorsing to the Sangguniang Barangay the Approval of the Annual Investment Program for CY 2024 of Barangay Caritan Sur “, hereto attached.
Resolved further, to pass this Resolution to all offices concerned for information record purposes;
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this 3rd day of January, 2024 at Barangay Hall, Caritan Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
