PURPOSE
To Manage and lead the entire supply chain management functions by executing centralized plans
for timely dispatch of finished goods and extend support to the Sales team with an objective to
achieve the targeted revenue for business.

• Demand planning.
• Effective and seamless collaboration with all stakeholders including retail sales
marketing and finance.
• Ensure implementation SCM excellence tools and approach (e.g. JIT, 5S, FIFO,
LIFO, Theory of Constraint).
• Cost saving.
• Negotiate and finalize based on the rate and service while ensuring statutory
compliance (insurance, fitness, etc) – Comparative study for competitive pricing.
