The University of Stirling is an international university based in the UK,
recognised across the globe for addressing the needs of society through
innovative interdisciplinary research; learning and teaching of the highest

Founded by Royal Charter in 1967, the University of S�rling was the first new university in
Scotland for over 400 years. We retain our pioneering spirit and passion for innova�on and

Con�nuing our tradi�on for innova�on and interna�onalisa�on, our campus in Ras Al
Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (UAE), formally opened its doors in 2018. The campus
enables our students to undertake pres�gious courses developed by expert academics from
the University of S�rling, delivered interna�onally in the UAE.

Entry Requirements
Undergraduate
During your undergraduate studies, you’ll be a key part of our community, working with
teaching staff and peers from across the world as you build your global network.
• Minimum 65% and above for CBSE and ICSE or any other Indian State Board Exam
including NIOS
• Minimum 3 A-Level Passes, Bri�sh Educa�on System
• An acceptable pass in approved subjects in the IB Diploma, HNC/D, BTEC Diploma (Level
3)
• BA (Hons) Accoun�ng and Finance requires the following essen�al subjects : Accountancy
and Economics, preference given to those with Mathema�cs
• BSc (Hons) Compu�ng Science requires any one of the following subjects : Computer
Science, ICT, IT/IP in the year 11 and 12 or senior year of their high school
• If English is not your first language you must have one of the following qualifica�ons as
evidence of your English language skills: IELTS 6.0 with 5.5 minimum in each skill IBT
TOEFL: 80 with no subtest less than 17

Transport
University buses run daily from all Emirates. Students will be picked and
dropped from their given location.
The commute takes 45 minutes to just over an hour, depending on the pick-up
