Reverse Engineering of Sheet Metal Pats for Germany Tier-1 supplier:
This Project involved legacy conversion of CAD data from input un-parametric solid to Catia V5 parametric model. Created 2D manufacturing drawings for all sheet metal parts with Flat pattern views. Created sheet metal parts using Generative Sheet metal design workbench in Catia V5. Created 2D drawings for all the parts with all required dimensions and tolerances. Given GD&T tolerances in the drawing according to customer guidelines. CAD tool used – CATIAV5 R19
2D drawings for BIW parts & Assemblies:
This project involves creation of 2D drawings for BIW parts & Assemblies and Glass parts like Front & Rear windshields etc., For Europe Tier-1 supplier.
