    A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE NATIONAL NUTRITION COUNCIL (NNC) GOVERNING
    BOARD RESOLUTIONS FOR NUTRITION PROGRAM:
    1) NNC Governing Resolution No. 3 Series of 2014: Approving and Adopting the Guidelines
    on Local Nutrition Planning
    2) NNC Governing Resolution No. 3 Series of 2012: Approving the Guidelines on the
    Fabrication, Verification, Maintenance of Wooden Height Boards
    3) NNC Governing Resolution No. 3 Series of 2018: Approving the Guidelines on the
    Selection of Non-Wooden Height and Length Measuring Tool
    4) NNC Governing Resolution No. 2 Series of 2012: Approving the Revised Implementing
    Guidelines on Operation Timbang Plans (OPT+)
    5) NNC Governing Resolution No. 2 Series of 2009: Adopting the National Policy on
    Nutrition Management in Emergencies and Disasters
    6) NNC Governing Resolution No. 6 Series of 2012: Adopting the 2012 Nutritional Guidelines
    for Filipinos

    WHEREAS, the Municipality of San Luis recognizes the significance of these Guidelines for
    effective implementation and conduct of activities such as Operation Timbang Plus; Local
    Nutrition Planning; Nutrition in Emergencies and Disasters; and the development and
    dissemination of Nutritional Guidelines as tool for nutrition education.
    WHEREAS, these adopted NNC Governing Resolutions will serve as basis in the
    implementation of health and nutrition programs, provisions of related services to the
    nutritionally at risk and pre-school children to ensure its prioritization, funding, support
    and its monitoring and evaluation;
    WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan in Municipality of San Luis finds that the request to
    adopt these NNC Governing Resolutions to be of merit.
    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Ariel Albertine De Jesus and was jointly seconded by
    all Sangguniang Bayan Members present, so be it;

    RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE NATIONAL


    NUTRITION COUNCIL (NNC) GOVERNING BOARD RESOLUTIONS FOR NUTRITION
    PROGRAMS:
    1) NNC Governing Resolution No. 3 Series of 2014: Approving and Adopting the
    Guidelines on Local Nutrition Planning
    2) NNC Governing Resolution No. 3 Series of 2012: Approving the Guidelines on the

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished to all concerned


    government agencies for their information and guidance.

    UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
