• Dak Ghar Niryat Kendra (DNK) initiative of the Department of Posts and CBIC,

has the potential to boost the export of Indian products and handicrafts in global
markets, particularly for small traders, artisans, and the MSMEs sector.

• We need to create a centralized e-Commerce platform that is exclusively

dedicated to the international customer. This platform would be managed by the
Department of Posts and CBIC, and would provide a trusted and secure online
marketplace for the international customers.

• This centralized e-commerce platform would enable small traders, artisans, and
MSMEs to showcase their products to international customers, thereby
increasing their sales and customer satisfaction, while also reducing their
operational costs.

• In order to onboard small traders and MSMEs who may not be familiar with
technology or not capable of handling export paperwork, we aim to integrate a
Service Provider Network (SPN) model into E-commerce platform.

• The Service Provider Network (SPN) model involves qualified regional agents
who assist small sellers and MSMEs in tasks such as registration, product
management, exporting, and growing their made in India products in
international marketplaces.

• We also need to establish partnership between the Department of Posts and

CBIC and some of the existing reputable e-Commerce platforms that have a
large customer base and a global reach to gives incentives and benefits of DNK
logistics service to small traders and MSMEs.

• We are also developing an API that would act as a bridge between the small
seller’s private web portals and the DNK logistics services. It enables small
sellers and MSMEs to efficiently manage order requests and order shipments
and order trackings on their websites through the DNK logistics service.
