Reviewing previous lesson TASK1: LABEL THE PARTS

TASK 3: SHAPES MATTER


The teacher will discuss the different kinds of volcanoes according to shapes.
Discussing new concepts and Photos of various volcanoes will be shown and learners will be asked to describe
practicing new skills #1 the volcanoes shown in the photo.

TASK 4: ACTIVE VS INACTIVE


A meme about two kinds of chat friends will be shown on screen. The teacher will
relate this to the type of volcanoes according to activity.

The teacher will discuss the difference between an active and an inactive volcano.

Developing mastery
(Leads to Formative Assessment) TASK 5. COUNTRY TOUR TO THE VOLVANOES IN THE
PHILIPPINES.
The teacher will conduct a virtual tour to some of the volcanoes in the country.
Photos and videos and records of eruption will be explained.
The task of learners is to determine the type of the volcano being profiled.
