​Garibrath Project

The Garib Rath is started by the Indian Railways to provide subsidized price airconditioned long-distance travel to passengers
who could not afford standard fares of air-conditioned class in regular-fare trains. We are the sole Supplier of LED Luminaires
for that project. I am proud to say that i was assigned to verify and test the Luminaires on all aspects before Prototype
approval. Co-ordinated with NPD and design team to ensure the compliance of RDSO specification of the LED Luminaires.

COMPARITIVE AND EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION FOR REDUCING TOOL WEAR RATE BY CRYOGENIC TECHNIQUE

The high speed steel is used as cutting tool,since it has good quality and reliability at cheaper rate when compared to other
cutting tools.so it is very important to increase the ability of tool further for its reliability,so the best way is to increase the
hardness .i have brainstormed novel method called cryogenic technique (which is a deep cryogenic of liquid nitrogen as a
refrigerant)which improves wear properties of cutting tool consequently and machining time is also reduced
