➢ Maintaining an established work schedules and handle the weekly completion of preventive and corrective
work orders, prepares, and maintains records and correspondence and reports. As well as Develops and
maintains preventative maintenance programs for major equipment’s, supervising and coordinating the
activities of subordinate personnel and maintaining effective working relationships.
➢ Implements and enforces all safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety
guidelines. Also confirm appropriate employee safety training and compliance completed, similarly provided
required PPE and proper tools.
➢ Identifying areas of the business where improvements can be made. Estimates cost for repairs, replacement,
and installation of large and small HVAC equipment’s, also contacts vendors and manufacturers in the
resolution of difficult repair problems.
➢ Supports in developing the long-term preventive and corrective maintenance activities including
implementations.
➢ Ensures staff well aware of their responsibilities, rules and regulations in the organization and provides
awareness whenever needed.
➢ Carried out 24 hours on call responsibility for incidents and emergency related HVAC systems.
➢ Cooperate with warehouse to technical evaluations, determine which parts should be ordered for stock,
maintains records of parts and materials and comprehensive knowledge of materials used in installing,
repairing, and maintaining equipment’s.
➢ Supervises on all MEP infrastructures including during testing and commissioning in HVAC systems.
➢ Supervise all subcontracts pertaining to HVAC equipment’s.
➢ Enforces company policies, procedures, and practices to the team, Monitoring staff attendance and
performance levels, analyze absents, also their monthly time sheets, invoices, working as part of a team and
responsible for work assignments/rotations, staff evaluations, trainings and vacations, overtime assignments
and arranging back-up for absent employees, on call activities, maintain safe transportation and tidy
accommodations.
