OVERVIEW This lesson will discuss the anthropology, sociology and political science. Furthermore, it will
discusses the aspect and changes in/of culture and society.

Student’s Experiential Learning:

1. What is anthropology, sociology, and political science?


2. How does major social sciences help in shaping human?
3. Do you agree that people should understand social sciences concept before providing conclusions?

Synthesis: In the development and progress of human knowledge, the social sciences were the last to develop after the natural sciences. And while
the origin of social sciences can be traced back to the ancient Greek Philosophers: Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle, their development as separated fields
of knowledge only begun in the modern period. In the previous lesson you understand the major social sciences discipline such as anthropology,
sociology, political sciences which allow people in the community to understand the existence of the different phenomenon and how people should
response to such phenomenon.
