(2123821) County Road 13B (Fruit Cove Road) Resurfaced from State Road 13 South to State Road 13 North (2.3 miles). Duval Asphalt Products of Jacksonville and Eisman/Russo began December 6, 2010 and finished March 10, 2011 at a cost of $940,930. This is a federal economic stimulus project. Safety Contractors Inc., of Jacksonville began with the design build project August 6, 2010 and finished with the construction on January 21, 2011 at a cost of $123,500.
