    I, GREDEN MARK G. LUCERO, Filipino, of legal age, and with office address at 481 A. Bonifacio Ave., San
    Jose, Quezon City, after having been sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say that:

    1. I am a licensed engineer with Registration No. 0189375 dated January 16,2023 and PTR No. 4444122 dated
    January 3,2024;

    2. I am duly authorized by PRIMEWORLD LAND HOLDINGS INC . to execute this Affidavit as evidenced by the
    Secretary’s Certification of such authority, copy is attached as Annex “A”;

    3. I certify that the 20% socialized housing requirements for the BOI-registered project issued with BOI Certificate
    of Registration No. 2022-147 dated September 28,2022 for PRIMEWORLD ENCLAVE PHASE I, has been
    duly complied on __________;

    4. The 20% socialized housing requirement for PRIMEWORLD ENCLAVE PHASE I, is equivalent to 20% of the
    total project cost (PhP 142,867,588.03) and/or (30,499 sqm).

    5. The details on the compliance project are as follows:
